  7. Pay & Per Diem, We encourage people not to discuss pay as everyone has a different agreed upon rate
  8. ADP: Registration link comes directly from ADP—look out for an email your 2nd week of employment , if you don’t receive this email, contact us and payroll will get it out to you as soon as possible
  9. Set expectations.  Walking on the site for the first time.  Muddy site, rain, bring gear.  Job conditions, job description, parking situation, entrance location, feedback from other employees…paint the picture with whatever information we have available to us.
  10. Encourage employees to find other 360 employees on site to help support each other
  11. NO CELL PHONE USAGE WHILE WORKING!!

 

Line Out Email 

  • Send your cell number as well as the sales rep number in Line Out. (no sales rep # if Solar)
  • Re: Injuries, if not a 911 situation, call 360’s Safety Hotline at 877-522-6050 for direction on Injury, this info is at the bottom of line out email
  • Did they receive and read the line out email?  Call to confirm.  Any questions?

What to expect AFTER JOB START

  • Welcome Packet:  Will discuss how they get paid, safety, benefits (gets sent when placement is approved)
  • Craftsmen Check In
  • Expect a call from Employee Relations Rep
  • Payroll Process- timecard notification email sent to all employees, Monday-Wednesday every week, call us right away if any discrepancies on timecard
  • Rapid Cards/Direct Deposit: Need direct deposit by WEDNESDAY of 1st week, or it goes to a Rapid Card.
  • Pay could be delayed if proper paperwork is not provided before 1st day of work.  If mailing a RC to hotel, need address  (tell employee to let front desk know to expect a package).  If sending to home, verify address, if picking up from site— tell them who to get it from—-write name on front of envelope before opening, take a picture, then email to payroll@360industrial.com or text back to recruiter and we will forward to payroll (get id during 1st day orientation)
  • Call us when assignment has ended, even call prior to assignment ending so recruiters can start looking for the next assignment

Rapid Cards

  • Recruiter checks Work Order to see if Rapid Cards have been sent to site
  • If on site, let employee know to pick up RC from Super, write name on front envelope, then send to:

payroll@360industrialservices.com

  • If not onsite, verify home or hotel address and enter in Axis Under Information Tab/Employee Checklist (if going to a hotel, let front desk know that you’re expecting a package
  • Set task to follow up and make sure RC info came in
  • If recruiter doesn’t see that it came through by end of first week on assignment, tag payroll and Yesenia on a note so they can send out rapid card
  • If direct deposit info doesn’t come in by end of first week on assignment, tag payroll and Yesenia on a note so that they can send out a rapid card
